Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor
from Laser Laboratorium Göttingen
The wavefront sensor by Laser Laboratorium Göttingen was designed for comprehensive laser beam and optics characterization.
| Features |
|---|
| M2 in real-time |
| Beam propagation |
| Beam parameters according to ISO |
| High-resolution Zernike analysis |
The systems uses a micro-lense array for dividing the incoming beam into a large number of sub-rays. Intensity and position of the individual foci are monitored with the CCD sensor. These data enable the reconstruction of both beam profile and wavefront from a single measurement.
| Spectral range | ~350 nm - 1064 nm |
| UV detector | optional |
| Dynamic (at 633 nm) | 100 λ |
